Tips for a beautiful skin:

Avoid stress as much as you are can.
Stay out of the sun (or protect your skin with UV blockers).
Don't smoke. This does nasty things to your skin...
Drink lots of water.
Get plenty of sleep.
Be sure to clean your skin properly.
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

STOP IT!!! u jealous green rat. I mean rat, not cad. Pyscho friend, stop it too. U're all driving me crazy and to my grave earlier. Missed a step yesterday, ankle almost gave way-----------> it's a miracle I didn't roll down the escalator to death nor did I sprain my ankle. Decided not to put foundation these few days to give my skin and omg acnes a break. Hope I won't run into anyone I know. So far met 2 only. Love FCUK cos enable me to link up with Julien. How can anyone have more than 1000 friends on friendster? Its damn ludicrous, yeah right, as if I believe. I like Taufik and Slyvester from S'pore Idol.

Yuppie!!! Rossi won the Sepang Grand Prix. I was like holding my breathe through out fearing the worst. Luckily he managed to overtake Barros and led all the way to the end. Before the race started, ESPN showed a 10 mins special on Vale. He was using a stethoscope to check on his bike (wearing a doctor's robe too). haha it's so funny. And after he won, he got down from his bike and out of nowhere a broom appeared and he began to pretend cleaning the grid. It was damn hilarious...think he purposely did it to piss Gibernau who accused Vale's team of illegal grid cleaning last week. Funnily enough, Sete G came in only 7th given the fact he won last week. He wanted to shake hands with Rossi though Vale didn't accept it. I think Vale is really upset with Gibernau's antics last week coz Vale's the most friendly guy around. He usually has sportsmanship regardless of the results. Now he's 30 points in front of Gibernau, as long as he can get a 2nd place win next week at Australia, he will be the world champion for the 4th time!!! And the 1st rider ever to have back to back win on different bikes. If only he didn't crash last week, he would have already won the world title. I haven't been so happy until today. If I had known where to get the tickets, I would be at Sepang right now. If anybody come across this blog, please please tell me where or rather, how I can get them. Looking forward to next week's motogp.

Sick...tmr and tues got quizzes. Whatever, I can't really be bothered by them already. Life shouldn't revolve around studying. I need ktv!

Yay!!! David Beckham scored for England. He looked so jubilant! I hope this shut the media up. Too bad he ended up injured becuz of some stupid welsh player. Tmr's the big day for Vale. He's on pole (hope he will start and end well). Right now pretty upset with someone whom I thought of as my v good, or rather best friend. I just feel sad whenever I think of her now. I think I'm insignificant to her. Anyways...hope Becks can recover fast.
